At Forme Studios, we believe strength is the new standard of beauty. Our mission is to redefine what strength means for women by blending precision and elegance with power and resilience.

With two dedicated training spaces — Pilates to refine, Kettlebells to strengthen — we preserve the integrity of each discipline while bringing them together in perfect balance. Every class is taught with expertise and intention, creating a sanctuary where women feel confident, poised and unstoppable.

The Forme Method

Classical Reformer Pilates

Rooted in the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, Classical Reformer Pilates is a precise, intelligent movement method designed to build strength from the inside out. It focuses on alignment, control, breath, and flow — training the body to move with efficiency, balance and grace. Every exercise is purposeful, connecting mind and muscle to build strength and refine posture that carries into everyday life.

At Forme, our small group classes (limited to 5 reformers) ensure every client receives personal attention and expert guidance. This intimate setting allows instructors to refine your form and uphold the integrity of each movement — so you’re not just doing Pilates, you’re embodying it.

We practice Pilates to restore alignment, improve mobility, and build functional strength that supports the way women move through life. At Forme, we believe that how you move shapes everything.

Kettlebell Strength Training

Our small group strength training (limited to 3-4 clients per session) delivers the focus and precision of personal training in an elevated, supportive setting. Using progressive overload and kettlebell technique, each session is designed to build true, lasting strength — helping you move better, feel powerful, and sculpt a resilient body that performs as beautifully as it looks.

While Pilates refines alignment and control, strength training builds the muscle, bone density, and metabolic health that every woman needs. It’s what keeps us strong, capable, and confident in every decade of life.
